RENOVATION DESIGN SERVICE REPORTS | SUSTAINABLE DESIGN
A Renovation Design Service, is suited to an existing home, existing commercial workplace or existing retail shop.
The service provides a sketch design masterplan specifically tailoring building alterations or extension issues within the existing arrangement of rooms to optimise the functions you require. The service includes a Town Planning investigation (if required), Building Permit Application requirements and an indication of a budget you may require.
RENOVATION DESIGN SERVICE REPORTS | SUSTAINABLE DESIGN
Renovation Design Service Reports, fall into two options. Renovation Design Service Report | Ground Level, is for ground level only or Renovation Design Service Report | Ground & First Level, combines two storey (or more) extensions and / or alteration. Both Renovation Design Service Reports consider Sustainable Design measures to the degree the client desires.
